The Priory Group is a private UK chain of mental health hospitals, many specialising in eating disorders. Although they do not have programmes tailored for diabulimia, I myself had inpatient stays at both the Roehampton and Chelmsford priory hospitals and I highly reccomend both. Much to my disgust, at present, there is no inpatient treatment in the UK that specialises in diabetes and eating disorders. All the eating disorder programmes ran by the Priory chain will concentrate on the psychological, social, behavioural and physical sides of an eating disorder which includes acute medical care with on-site, 24-7 doctors, trained medical staff to assist with diabetes management, psychotherapists, psychotherapy and CBT groups, meal-time support and rehabilitation work.
